Generally, each session lasts 50 minutes; however, if you are in need of additional time, please consult with your therapist to pre-arrange the schedule accordingly.
Our intake sessions typically last 90 minutes.
Please speak with your therapist regarding EMDR intensives. These typically last 4-5 hours, are often held on the weekends and are scheduled on a case by case basis.
Session frequency depends on you and your needs in the moment and the severity of what you're working through. This will be determined by you and your therapist at your intake session after your needs are assessed.
